New season ticket email

sorry if this has been done already. I've just found the email to activate and pay for the new season ticket and have sorted mine. I also have my son on the same email address so have logged in to pay for his, but can't find anyway of upgrading the ticket. I paid his deposit as a junior as he was 15 at the time (at the instruction of the ticketing office people at Westfield) and will now be paying full price, but there's nowhere to upgrade the ticket that I can see on the site. Has anyone done this already and can point me in the right direction?

I'm having a similar problem in that I want to pay for my ticket
( and also my son's) but want to use as part payment the money I have for a couple of games I missed this season where the tickets were subsequently sold. I rang the ticket office who told me I needed to ring 08081102016 this number goes straight to answer phone.
Have tried wiping my knob etc.
Any other ideas?

I think the Q&A link says something along the lines of if you want to use the E-Credit you need to wait until a certain date when they combine the systems.... It was something like that

Went to the reservation centre on Saturday, they told me if you want to use your E Credits, you will have to wait until the end of the season to pay for your ST renewal

the v12 finance thing is fucked. offers 4 mths and 10 mths interest free, however when you get to the end its 19.8% apr

Probably hope you don't notice and sign up to it.
In fact, that's exactly what it's doing I reckon. Either that or the ticket office are still as incompetent as they have been since Steve Kitcher left.

thing is, no one helps. the TO say its not them as they are not dealing with ST's for next yr, V12 say they can only pass stuff on...to the TO, and no one seems able to speak to the res centre

Anyone know how to make an added payment on the Online reservation centre website? Go to payments and can see the deposit I have paid but how do I pay off the rest?

They're not sending out cards, it's entry by thumb print so that you can't give your ticket to someone else if you can't go.
